These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your booking and use of The Portrait PlayHaus studio, located at 336 Eagle St N, Unit 210, Cambridge, Ontario. By booking a session you agree to these Terms and our Studio Policies.
Bookings & Payment
- Studio sessions are booked online and paid in full at the time of booking through Stripe.
- The booking calendar is for photo & video sessions. Events are arranged separately by enquiry, with terms agreed directly with us.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- There are no refunds once a booking is confirmed.
- You may cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your start time to receive studio credit.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the start time are charged in full.
Studio Use
- The studio must be returned to its original condition by your end time. Indoor shoes or socks only.
- Our studio attendant will give you a 10-minute notice before your end time and will check the studio with you before you leave.
- Studio capacity is up to 10 people for sessions. For after-hours, audio-sensitive, or larger bookings, please contact us first.
Liability
You are responsible for any damage to the studio, equipment, or furnishings during your booking. The Portrait PlayHaus is not liable for personal belongings or for injury arising from your use of the studio, except as required by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
